Weather adaptation plan

Outdoor sessions include a written backup plan sent 24 hours before start time. We do not ask you to train in unsafe conditions.

  • Light rain: We move to tree cover or pavilions and shorten ground contact segments.
  • Steady rain: Session shifts to a nearby indoor community hall when available, focusing on mobility and upper-body patterns.
  • High wind or storms: Event is rescheduled with priority booking for registered attendees.

Decisions follow Met Office guidance for the specific postcode. You receive email confirmation of any change.
