Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work for workshop bookings with Restorepurefilte.

Cooling-off period

If you book online at a distance, UK consumer regulations may give you 14 days to cancel for a refund, unless the service begins within that period and you agreed to early delivery. Workshop dates and start times are stated before payment.

Cancellation by you

• More than 7 days before the session: Full refund or transfer to another listed date within the same season.
• 3–7 days before: 50% refund or one free transfer if space is available.
• Less than 3 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another adult if you notify us in writing.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel due to weather, safety, or low attendance, you may choose a full refund or priority booking on the next suitable date. We are not responsible for travel costs you have already incurred.

Series packages

Unused sessions in a multi-booking package may be refunded proportionally if you cancel the entire package more than 7 days before the first session. Individual unused sessions after the series has started are non-refundable but may be transferred once per package.

How to request a refund

Email info@restorepurefilte.world with your name, booking reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
